May 27, 2007Who Met William Beckett? Not me. That's for sure. Oh wait, IT WAS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even kidding you. Last night was the best night of my fucking life. Seriously. Okay, so I guess after spoiling the ending, I'm gonna go back to the begining. My mom drove my sister and I over to Em's house, where we picked up her and her brother Dayne. My mom drove us to the GOtrain station, and we took the train down to Toronto. Once we got to the Molson, we made Dayne sit down to save our seats(we were on the lawn) as we ran down to the merch booth. I moshed my way to the front and bought a FOB t-shirt and poster, and by the time I got out, Em and my sister Kell were still at the end of the crowd. I guess football pays off. So went back to our seats and sat with Dayne, who actually ended up playing his GameBoy the entire time. Kell and Em came back during Cobra Starship. Cobra starship was good, Paul Wall was horrible(he tried to sell us grillz), and after that the Academy Is... came on. They were amazing too. Then +44 came on. They were good too, but not as good as TAI. And then (drumroll please...) FALL OUT BOY!!!!!!!! Of course, they come up from under the stage, scaring the shit out of me. Seriously, I almost had a heart attack when I saw Patrick. Em and I sang the entire time and were jumping up and down almost constantly. I wore out my right shoe. I don't know how. As most of you know, during the show, Pete and Joe sneak up to the back to play there. On their way back, they ran right by us. I was so close, that I could have reached out and touched him. And I would have, were it not for the security guards keeping us away. So, after the show, we went down to where all the tour buses we parked. William Beckett and Gabe from Cobra Starship came out to talk to us. After some pushing, me, Kell, and Em got to the front bar where Will was. He signed my AP magazine(I have the one with The Academy Is... on the cover), and then talked to us for a second. He held my hand while he talked to me, and then gave me a hug. Then the four of us took a picture, and he thanked us for coming to the show. He's such a cutie. He calls you sweetheart and my hoodie still smells like him. I love it........... -Xo

May 23, 2007(not a title)So Hum Hallelujah,
Just off the key of reason.
I thought I loved you,
It was juat how you looked in the light.
Our teenage vow in a parking lot,
"Til tonight do us part"
I sing the blues and swallow them too...
I am so fucking broken right now.
Not my heart, my body, just to clear things up.
I had two soccer practises last night, one right after the other. I have bruises all over. And it hurts. Especially my ankle. It's not sprained, but it's kinda bruised really badly. Jake thinks I should get one of those bandage things to help support it, but I don't see how it's going to help.
But I'm doing it anyway.
Guess who's seeing Fall Out Boy in three days? Not me......
Oh no, wait, IT IS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh well. Anyways, I gotta go to school now. I'll probably show up late, but they don't exactly care.
I could write it better than you ever felt it........
-Xo

May 15, 2007tonight the bulls are in brooklynAnd you're the lameass who we left at home. Okay, so those aren't exactly the words, but y'all are just gonna have to deal. No, Jen, I didn't just say "y'all". You're imagining things. Again. So, I'm going on my grade eight trip tomorrow morning. It's gonna be kickass. I'm rooming with three of my best friends. How they worked that out? Idk, but we're going to be wreaking havoc until friday afternoon. So just so you know, if I don't reply to something, it's not that I'm ignoring you, I'm just not there. So, I'm trying to think of a question. I might think of one by the time I finish rambling, but idk. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm also gonna be there with my boyfriend. I don't know how they worked that out either. And Colin too? Well, that's just self-explainitory if you were friends with me on my old buzznet. Okay, I've thought of a question: Would you rather date someone who was: a) smart, attractive, and wealthy, or b) smart, attractive, wealthy, and extremely patriotic. I'm not even joking. Choose carefully, kids. Mucho lovers, -Xo

May 10, 2007and on the bright side....Okay, once again, I lied. There is no bright side. This day sucks. Well, mostly. My band broke up. I'm not even kidding you. I kinda wish I was. And trust me, I wouldn't be joking about something like this. We all decided that it was time for Dark Before Noon to call it quits. I mean, I love those boys to death, and we're still all ex-friends til the end and all that jazz, but as a band, we just didn't click. We all have different ideas for what we wanted the band to sound like, but all our different sounds kinda ruined everyone else's sound instead of complimenting it (if that even made sense). So I'm kinda sad now. Well, actually, really sad, but I'll get over it. I think I'm kinda heart broken, actually. I actually have this physical aching in my chest where my heart used to be. I already miss them, but I'm gonna start looking for a new band soon. So ANYWAY, the question: Would you rather say you went to highschool with a celebrity, or a serial killer? I'm not joking, that's actually the question. Much love from your favorite neurotic teenager, -Xo

May 8, 2007duh duh duuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh......Hi guys. Thanks for stopping by to lurk yet another blog provided by your's truly. yeah... So, the tryout for the girl's soccer team at school was today. I thought I was late, so I had to run to the field and ended up being early. Which, you know, is typical for me because I don't pay attention. But I think I actually have a chance of making the team. Not because I'm a cocky bitch (although that's also true), but because I can actually play soccer (Unlike basketball, although for some reason I made that team too. Revetahw). ANYWAY, back to the point of my blog (yes, believe it or not, there was one this time), I'm gonna ask you guys a couple of questions. My friends and I have been debating a couple things, and I want your opinion. Today I'm only going to ask one question. There is a magician named Fred. Fred can do five tricks. He can pull a rabbit from a hat, pull out a coin from your ear, simple things like that. He can do these five tricks and only these five tricks, he can't learn anymore. But Fred does these tricks with real magic. He actually has magical powers that allow him to make white rabbits materialize out of velvet top hats, and he can actually teleport a quarter from his hand to your ear. Is Fred more impressive than Albert Einstein? There is no right or wrong answer for these questions, merely opinions. Feel free to debate in my comments, as I'll probbly tag along. Much Love, (I pick old Bert) -Xo

May 6, 2007YouthFestYouthFest yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had soooooooo much fun. Em and I got there just as The Bad Names were finishing their set. Then we listened to the next band for battle of the bands. After, we walked around and bombarder the Protest the Hero merch guys as to when it would be open(we were nice to them, though). They told us they would be sellin stuff in about ten minutes. So we left and went to the mechanical bull. Yeah, I know. I couldn't even get on it. Why? Because my pants kept falling down. It took me about four tries to get on it. Then once I finally got on it, I fell off 15.6 seconds later because the operaters decided they would put it full speed for me instead of normal like they did for the guy infront of me. So, after me, Em went. She could actually get on the thing It took them long enough. Em and I stood at our spot in the front for two hours waiting for someone to play. That's two hours of the same Green Day CD they were playing over and over again. My ears were going to start bleeding. Finally, the Lunateers went on. They were gooooddd..... Em and I arrived three and a half hours late, so we never saw them when they first went on, but I can see why they won. After they played, we waited anouther 20 minutes for Protest the Hero to set up. It was greaaaatttt..... They played my favorite song(Heretics and Killers) and they had their set writeen out on a plastic plate. Not joking. At the end, they threw it out into the audience. They guy beside me got it. Grr..... During the show, two guys got in a fight, and the police had to break it up. So Zac(lead vocals) started making fun of them. He's a cool kid. In my pics, go to the pic of Arif. Check out his bass. It's completely green. I love it and I want it. And I don't even play bass. Now, Luke, one of their guitarists is the one in my profile pic with me. I swear, the man is waaayyyy up there with Joe Trohman. Not even kidding. If they come to play a show near you, you have to go see them. I've heard these guys before recorded and I've stolen their CD from my friends, but they have an amazing live show. Seriously. Go see them. So ANYWAYS, after that, we went to go behind their trailer to see them. I took a picture with Timba, and he told us that they were signing autographs by their merch booth. So Em and I ran over there and went to the back of the long line. I got them to sign my Protest t-shirt, write a birthday note for my sister (who's 15 today. wHoot!), and then I took a picture with Luke. He was trying to look cute. I used that picture as my profile picture. I think it's cute...... -Xo

this is a title, yo.Please there's a better bit of me to see yet 'cause you haven't seen any of my best
You know I hate myself without you now.
Hurts the same when nobody knows guess that's just how it goes
And I won't say anything at all.
This is where I scream from.
Hey guys. I guess I haven't really written a journal entry in a while, considering I used to write one almost everyday.
But ANYWAY, I'm going to YouthFest today with Em. SO EXCITED! I'm just so stoked on going, you know? I mean, Protest the Hero is playing (they were on Warped Tour '06) and there's going to be a mechanical bull.
That I will probably get myself killed riding.
Oh well.
So, I'm blasting Marianas Trench. My sister is still asleep as it's only 9:18, but she'll probably be in bed until at least 1:30. I swear, that girl can sleep through anything. I would know, I've attacked her to wake her up before, and she just rolled over.
Revetaw.
So, if I fall of the mechanical bull, then have it swing over and hit me in the head (EMILY!) I want you to know that I'll miss you, that Ry get's my guitar(Not Pete. No. You'll end up breaking it.), my song notebook is up for grabs, and hid Taylor's TEXAS hat under my bookcase.
Yeah...
Try a little more, little more, little more,
they slap you like a bitch and you take it like a whore,
upside down and around and around,
just anouther peace til you need anouther sound....
Yeah, I know it's a different song, but it's still by Marianas Trench and I like this one too. So, yeah, deal with it, babes.

May 1, 2007in school right now!I'm skipping class and hanging out in the computer lab. My teachers are so clueless. Seriously, you can just walk out and they wouldn't notice. Go me. So, band practise tonight. Got a couple new songs that we're going to work on, but only if I can manage to get Pete's GameBoy away from him. I might have to cancel tonight though, cuz I haven't told my rents yet that I'm going. wHoot. I might be going to YouthFest with Em on Saturday, but only if she can get off work. Plus, I would need her to give me a ride because both my rents are working. It'll be so much fun though. The Bad Names are playing for The Battle of The Bands. Better yet, Protest the Hero are gonna be there to preform. Double wHoot. -Xo
